No. Linkai is a done-for-you service. We diagnose the leak, build the system, connect the moving parts, test it, and keep improving it. The software is just part of the delivery.

Setup covers the upfront work: checking what is happening now, mapping the enquiry or admin flow, building the first version, connecting the tools, writing the messages, testing the workflow, and getting it live. Setup starts from $850 + GST, with final setup based on the systems, accounts, workflows and integrations needed.

SMS, AI and call usage are included within fair-use limits. If a business has high-volume usage, we quote that separately before anything changes.

The monthly fee covers the managed service after launch. That can include monitoring, small improvements, message updates, workflow tweaks, reporting, and keeping the system aligned with how the business actually operates.

Most start with Never Lose a Lead because missed calls, slow replies and unchased quotes are usually the fastest leaks to fix. If the bigger issue is being found on Google or admin slowing the business down, we start there instead.

Because the work overlaps. The Engine is for businesses with connected leaks across visibility, enquiry capture, follow-up and admin. We scope one joined-up system and avoid duplicating setup where the same work solves more than one problem.

A simple first build can usually go live within 5 to 7 days once we have access to the right accounts and the basic business details. More complex builds are scoped before work starts.

Not always. If your current tools are working, we try to connect or improve them first. If something is creating friction or cannot support the workflow, we will explain the options before changing anything.

Managed packages require a 3-month minimum commitment, then continue month to month. Setup fees are payable upfront and are non-refundable. Detailed cancellation, notice and offboarding terms are confirmed in your quote and managed services agreement.
