We set the account up under the Linkai banner and stay reachable while you learn it. You deal with us, not an overseas help desk in another timezone. Best if you want to run the day-to-day yourself but want someone to ask when something will not behave.

Direct with the platform
Straight to the source
If you are confident with software and do not need us alongside you, we will point you at the platform directly and you deal with them. Cheaper, and honest about it: you get the same tool, without us in the middle.
- You sign up and are billed by the platform, not by Linkai
- Their support, their documentation, their pricing
- No lock-in with us at all
- You can move to a Linkai-backed account later if you would rather not go it alone
Worth saying plainly: when we point you straight at the platform rather than setting you up ourselves, Linkai may earn a commission from them for the referral. It costs you no more than going there directly, and we will still tell you when that is the cheaper option for you. If you would rather we did not, say so and we will just send you the link.

- Us doing the work in your account. That is the managed service, and it is a different thing at a different price.
- Ongoing strategy, campaign management or content. Self-serve means you drive.
Before you decide
What is the difference between this and your managed packages?
Who does the work. Here you get the platform and you operate it. With a managed package we build the system, run it, and keep improving it, and you get the results without touching the tool. Same underlying platform in both cases.
Which of the two paths should I take?
If you are comfortable in software and want the lowest cost, go direct to the platform. If you would rather have someone in your timezone to ask, take an account through us. Ask and we will tell you honestly which one suits you, including when the answer is the cheaper one.
Do I get the workflows you build for your clients?
No. You get starter snapshots and resources to build from. The systems we build for managed clients are built around that business and stay with that engagement.
Can I start self-serve and move to done-for-you later?
Yes, and plenty do. Running it yourself for a while is a good way to find out which parts you actually want handed over.
Can I do this from outside Australia?
Yes. Linkai is based in Sydney and works with businesses in other countries as well as across Australia.
